CAC
How long does CAC registration take?
Business name registration typically takes 3–5 working days. Company incorporation (Ltd) takes 7–14 working days, subject to CAC processing timelines.
What documents are needed for CAC registration?
For business name: valid ID, passport photographs, proposed business name, and address. For Ltd company: all of the above plus Memorandum & Articles of Association, and details of directors/shareholders.
